Winners are selected by members of the International Academy of Digital Arts and Sciences (<a href=\"https:\/\/www.iadas.net\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">IADAS<\/a>).<\/p>\n<p>The Samsung and Epic Games partnership was revealed on a worldwide stage during the August 2019 <a href=\"https:\/\/news.samsung.com\/us\/samsung-galaxy-note9-new-super-powerful-smartphone\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Galaxy Note9<\/a> Unpacked event in Brooklyn, NY.
