Samsung\u00a0owners can access \u201cSamsung Assist\u201d feature to allow a support representative to\u00a0remotely operate and troubleshoot their device. \u201cSamsung Assist\u201d feature can be\u00a0activated once a consumer grants permission, during a video chat or phone call with\u00a0a support representative.
