Samsung has been named the top brand for home appliances and TVs by the American Customer Satisfaction Index (ACSI)1<\/sup><\/a>, a national measure of how U.S. consumers rate the products and services they use most.<\/p>\n

Samsung research shows that over 80% of consumers say they have had such a positive experience with a brand that it will always be their first choice. Some of the top reasons for a positive experience include getting the highest quality (58%), getting a good deal (55%) and good customer service (52%).2<\/sup><\/a><\/p>\n

According to ACSI, Samsung is the most recommended home appliance and TV brand, driven by customers\u2019 strong pride of ownership. Samsung secured the top spot<\/a> in the ACSI rankings in service experience for home appliances for the third year in a row and for TVs for the second year in row.
