Samsung Electronics America is excited to share that two new Samsung Experience Stores<\/a> are now open in Queens Center, NY and Mall of America, MN. A third store, located in Los Cerritos Center, CA will open<\/a> by the end of 2025.<\/p>\n

The opening of these stores<\/a> marks a major step in achieving Samsung’s vision for the future of retail, developed with the consumer experience as the focal point. Samsung Experience Stores<\/a> serve as hubs for education, exploration, and service, and they\u2019re built accordingly. The flexible, modular design makes it easy to adapt and evolve the layout based on how customers interact and move through the store. The concept also offers new device spotlights and interactive zones \u2014 touchpoints that deliver a dynamic and engaging guest experience.<\/p>\n

On October 24, Grand Opening celebrations were held at both locations, complete with ribbon cuttings, speakers from Samsung, Queens Center, and Mall of America leadership before the new stores were open for business. Media, influencers, and passersby were invited to join in on the celebrations. Carrie Jacobson (Head of MX Retail) at Queens Center and Jonathan LeCompte (SVP, MX B2C Sales) at Mall of America, each explained why Samsung chose the latest locations as sites for Galaxy\u2019s expansion.<\/p>\n

\u201cThis moment is about more for us than unveiling a new space. It\u2019s about bringing Samsung\u2019s vision for the future of retail into the heart of the community,\u201d Carrie Jacobson shared with the Queens Center audience. \u201cA future where innovation, discovery, and premium personalized service come together for our neighbors and visitors alike.\u201d<\/p>\n

Local DJs were on hand spinning music to help set the mood. The events also featured personalized pop socket stations, along with product demos, giveaways, and unique programming, like artists creating live sketches of guests on Galaxy Tab using an S Pen. Artists used Galaxy AI<\/a> to enhance their illustrations, \u00a0offering attendees a one-of-a-kind keepsake powered by Samsung technology.<\/p>\n

Samsung Galaxy Street Teams hosted a unique prize drawing game, distributing branded keys near the store openings. Key holders were invited to visit the new stores and try their luck at unlocking different prizes and giveaways that included Galaxy Watch8, Buds3 Pro, and more.<\/p>\n
