What they&#8217;re asking for is fewer compromises in the devices they already use, real control over what happens automatically, and technology that knows when to step back \u2013 a standard the entire industry now has to meet.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>\u201cHow Gen Alpha Is Reshaping Smart Living\u201d Study Methodology<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Samsung Electronics America fielded an online survey via Zappi of 1,000 U.S. Generation Alpha parents and guardians in May 2026 to better understand how Generation Alpha is reshaping expectations for smart living. Respondents included parents whose oldest child within the study range was ages 5-9 (n=340), ages 10-12 (n=251), and ages 13-15 (n=409).
