At CES 2018, Samsung unveiled the latest groundbreaking TV technology in over a decade within its “Innovation District” at the Samsung City booth. “The Wall” is the world’s largest TV at 146”, modular and utilizes MicroLED technology, described as a self-emitting display without any tradeoffs. Samsung also featured 8K Artificial Intelligence (AI) technology for TVs, which upscales lower resolution content from any source to high-resolution 8K. Finally, Samsung showcased SmartThings, the Internet of Things platform that allows users to control all the connected smart devices in your home through one app.
