Samsung Care: Coming to a Zip Code Near You
3/15/2018
Times have changed. We’re living in the Customer Era – a world where a customer’s experience with a brand is just as important as the product they chose to purchase.
At Samsung, we believe customer loyalty is earned by delivering world class products and great experiences – before, during and after a purchase.
And because times have changed when it comes to cultivating the right customer experience, we’re in the midst of a customer care revolution at Samsung. Since 2017, we’ve not only been offering new services, but we’ve renewed our commitment to building stronger, more meaningful relationships with our customers, by helping them get the most out of the products they love.
In doing so, we’re working every day to deliver Care-first customer experiences as innovative as our products – available anytime, anywhere our customers need it.
Today, marks the next step on that journey.
We’re bringing Samsung Care closer to our customers than ever before. In partnership with uBreakiFix, Samsung is increasing U.S. touchpoints for providing same-day in-person authorized support with certified pros at more than 300 locations nationwide. And, most of that support can be provided in two hours or less.
Starting on March 15th, Galaxy mobile owners of the Galaxy S9, S9+, S8, S8+, S7, S7 edge, S6, S6+, Note8 and Note5 will now be able to get authorized front and back screen replacements, battery replacements and port and camera repairs at Samsung Care authorized uBreakiFix locations nationwide. Other in and out-of-warranty support services are also available. Prices vary depending on a variety of factors. To get a pricing estimate for a device repair, contact a Samsung Care authorized uBreakiFix location near you.
Schedule an appointment online, or drop off your device at one of our Samsung Care authorized service provider locations.
Everyone at Samsung Care is thrilled to be closer than ever before to our customers nationwide. And stay tuned, because we’re just getting started.
