How to Enter the Seize the Season Challenge

To enter the challenge, simply sign-up via the Samsung Health app starting Nov. 15.⁵

From there, each walk you take, every stroll, any mile around the block helps to get you closer to trip to Unrivaled status and the chance to win a trip to the league’s Philly is Unrivaled weekend on January 30!

• For every 40,000 steps you take, you’ll reach a milestone and earn a star.
• The goal is to collect a total of five stars, for a total of 200,000 steps.
• If you complete the 200,000 steps you can enter for the chance to win prizes.
• One Grand Prize winner, three First Prize winners, and 10 Discount Recipients will be randomly selected from all eligible entries once the challenge ends.⁶

The Grand Prize winner will receive two tickets and an all-expense paid trip to Philly is Unrivaled on January 30, three First Prize winners will win a Galaxy Watch8, and 10 others will receive a 15% code to Unrivaled Store Fans.^{7 8 9 10}

Samsung at the Unrivaled Club Selection

As the players gear up for a new season, Samsung played an integral role in the season two Unrivaled club selection process earlier this month. Coaches relied on the seamless connectivity and performance of Samsung Galaxy to make their selections using tablets and phones to strategize and communicate. Every pick was called in using Galaxy phones, highlighting the reliability that define the Samsung Galaxy ecosystem.

To round it all out, Samsung partnered with Bleacher Report to produce engaging social content #TeamGalaxy athlete Kate Martin. Ahead of the draft, Martin put her knowledge of her fellow Unrivaled players to the test by guessing who they were based solely on their silhouettes.

5 HOW TO ENTER: There are two (2) ways to enter, as follows:

1. To Enter by Participating in the Steps Challenge: To enter by participating in the steps challenge, download the free Samsung Health Application (“App”) to your web-enabled mobile device (if you do not already have the App). Then, follow the instructions to complete all required registration information, which may include, but is not limited to, allowing the App to access your motion/fitness activity and step count. Next, click where indicated to participate in the steps challenge. If you take 200,000 or more steps during the Sweepstakes Period as recorded by the App, you will be prompted to click where indicated to access the Sweepstakes registration form. Finally, follow the onscreen instructions to complete the registration form to receive one (1) entry (“App Entry”) into the random drawing. Normal Internet/phone access and data/usage charges imposed by your online/phone service may apply.

Limit one (1) App Entry per person during the Sweepstakes Period. App Entries must be received by 11:59 p.m. ET on December 15, 2025 to be eligible.

To Enter by Mail Without Participating in the Steps Challenge: Hand-print your complete name, street address, city, state, ZIP code, and daytime and evening telephone numbers (including area code), and valid email address and date of birth, on a plain piece of 3” x 5” paper, and mail it in a business-size (#10) envelope with sufficient postage affixed, to: Samsung Steps Challenge, P.O. Box 7761, Melville, NY 11775-7761. Mailed entries must be postmarked by December 15, 2025, and received by December 20, 2025, in order to be included in the random drawing. Each mailed entry will count as one (1) entry into the random drawing (“Mail-In Entry”). Submission of erroneous or incomplete information will void the submitted Mail-In Entry. Mail-In Entries must be sent in a separate envelope. Mail-In Entries that are mechanically reproduced, copied, illegible, incomplete, postage due, late or inaccurate or those which subvert the Entry process are void. Mail-In Entries become the property of the Sponsor and will not be acknowledged or returned. Incomplete Mail-In Entries or Mail-In Entries not complying with these Official Rules are subject to disqualification, at the Sponsor’s sole discretion. App Entries and Mail-In Entries will be collectively referred to as “Entries”. All Entries become the property of the Sponsor and will not be acknowledged or returned. Should multiple users of the same e-mail account enter the Sweepstakes and a dispute thereafter arises regarding the identity of the entrant, the authorized account holder of said e-mail account at the time of Entry will be considered the entrant and required to comply with these Official Rules. “Authorized account holder” is defined as the natural person who is assigned an e-mail address by an Internet access provider, online service provider or other organization, which is responsible for assigning e-mail addresses for the domain associated with the submitted e-mail address.

6 RANDOM DRAWING: One (1) Grand Prize winner, three (3) First Prize winners, and ten (10) Discount Recipients will be selected in a random drawing on or about December 22, 2025 from among all eligible Entries received. The random drawing will be conducted by the Administrator, an independent judging agency whose decisions are final on all matters relating to the Sweepstakes. The odds of winning a prize/receiving a discount will depend on the number of eligible Entries received.
7 PRIZES, DISCOUNT, AND APPROXIMATE RETAIL VALUES (“ARV”):

1. Grand Prize (1 available): Two (2) tickets to attend Philly is Unrivaled on or about January 30, 2026 in Philadelphia, PA (“Event”) and a $5,000 check made payable to the Grand Prize winner to be used towards transportation/accommodations (ARV: $5,280).

   Transportation/accommodations are not included with the Grand Prize. Grand Prize winner will receive a 1099 tax form for the actual value of their prize awarded in the year the prize is awarded. Grand Prize tickets must be used on date specified or prize will be forfeited with no compensation. Seat assignments are Sponsor-selected. Grand Prize winner and their guest must follow any applicable COVID or other protocols at time of Event. Guest of Grand Prize winner must be 18 years of age or older unless they are Grand Prize winner’s child/charge. Guest of Grand Prize winner may be required to complete a release of liability prior to attending the Event (or the Grand Prize winner on behalf of a minor guest who is their child/charge). No transfer, substitution or cash equivalent for prize will be permitted, except at the sole discretion of the Sponsor. In such circumstance, an alternate prize component of equal value will be awarded and the Sponsor’s obligation to the Grand Prize winner will be fulfilled. In the event the Event is cancelled for reasons outside of the Sponsor’s control, the Sponsor will award a prize component of equal or greater value. No other additional compensation will be provided.

2. First Prizes (3 available): A Samsung Watch8 (ARV: $350 each). Service is not included with watch.

3. Discounts (10 available): A code valid for 15% off any purchase at the Unrivaled merchandise store. Discount restrictions/expiration date may apply.

8 GENERAL: Potential Grand Prize winner will be required to sign and return a Declaration of Eligibility and Liability Release, tax documents, and except where prohibited, publicity release(“Declaration”) within twenty-four (24) hours of notification. If potential Grand Prize winner fails to return the completed Declaration within twenty-four (24) hours, Declaration is returned as undeliverable, Entrant shall be deemed to be ineligible, the Grand Prize will be forfeited and an alternate potential Grand Prize winner will be selected, time permitting. First Prize winners will be notified via email and will be required to provide their mailing address/confirm their eligibility within twenty-four hours of notification attempt or First Prize will be forfeited and an alternate potential First Prize winner will be selected. Discounts will be emailed to the email address provided at the time of registration within six-eight weeks of the conclusion of the Sweepstakes Period. Return of any prize or email as undeliverable will result in disqualification and forfeiture of prize/discount. Winners, Discount recipients and all Entrants, as a condition of entry into the Sweepstakes, and guest (by accompanying the Grand Prize winner) agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor and its Administrators, each of their respective agencies, parents, subsidiaries, affiliates and each of their respective officers, directors, shareholders, members, employees, agents, assigns, and all others associated with the development and execution of the Sweepstakes (collectively the “Released Parties”) from and against any and all liability, claims or actions of any kind whatsoever for injuries, damages, or losses to persons or property which may be sustained in connection with submitting an Entry or otherwise participating in any aspect of the Sweepstakes, the receipt, ownership or use of any prize/Discount awarded or any typographical or other error in these Official Rules or the announcement or offering of the prizes/Discounts. Winners/Discount recipients assume all liability for any injury or damage caused, or claimed to be caused by participation in the Sweepstakes or use or redemption of prize/Discount. Acceptance of prize/Discount constitutes permission to use each winner’s/Discount recipient’s name, likeness, Entry for promotional purposes (including any possible public relations opportunities) without further compensation except where prohibited by law. By entering, Entrant accepts and agrees to be bound by these Official Rules. Entries will be declared to be made by the authorized account holder of the email address included on Entrant’s Entry. Sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion to disqualify any individual that tampers or attempts to tamper with the entry process or the operation of the Sweepstakes; violates these Official Rules; acts in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner; or acts with intent to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person. The Released Parties are not responsible for technical, hardware or software malfunctions, telephone failures of any kind, lost or unavailable network connections, or failed, incorrect, inaccurate, incomplete, garbled or delayed electronic communications, whether caused by the sender, by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Sweepstakes which may limit the ability to participate, or by any human error which may occur in the processing of the Entries in the Sweepstakes. Entries generated by script or bot are not eligible. Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, terminate or modify the Sweepstakes if it cannot be completed as planned for any reason, including but not limited to infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, technical failures or corruption of any sort. In such event, Sponsor will award the prizes/Discounts from eligible Entries received prior to cancellation as outlined above.
