Samsung Unfolds Latest Galaxy Experiences with Immersive Visuals Across NYC

With anticipation growing for Galaxy Unpacked, Samsung Electronics America is unveiling limited-time installations throughout New York City showcasing the latest Galaxy experiences.

WHO:

To celebrate the latest innovations unfolding at Galaxy Unpacked, Samsung is inviting New Yorkers to check out immersive visuals popping up in their neighborhoods. 

WHAT:

Enjoy immersive visuals city-wide with a range of installations viewable to the public and catch Galaxy Unpacked live on July 9 at 10 a.m. ET. Visit Samsung.com before the event to learn more about Reserve offers — including how you can earn a $50 Samsung Credit towards the latest Galaxy device.¹ Consumers can also go hands-on with the latest Galaxy devices and features at additional consumer activations popping up across the city.

WHEN:

Installations are planned throughout NYC from July 9–13.

WHERE:

Visuals are viewable to the public at the following locations:

• Digital spectaculars in Times Square, Herald Square, Madison Square Garden, Bryant Park, the Lincoln Tunnel, and the World Trade Center.
• Projections in SoHo, East Village, West Village neighborhoods, as well as the Domino Sugar Factory which will also be viewable from the Lower East Side and Williamsburg.
• Evolving hand painted walls in Brooklyn at the Dobbin Street and Normal Avenue intersection in Williamsburg as well as Columbia Street and Degraw Street intersection in Cobble Hill.
• The latest Galaxy innovations will also be featured on street furniture, taxi tops, rideshare apps, and transit stations throughout the city.

Fans in other cities, including Atlanta, Chicago, and Dallas, should also be on the lookout through September for activations popping up in their neighborhoods.
