Samsung Health Now Features Exclusive Fitness Experiences from iFIT

Samsung has partnered with iFIT, a global leader in connected fitness and interactive content, to integrate premium workouts from world-class iFIT trainers directly into Samsung Health.

Users can now access expert-guided iFIT workouts on the fitness tab of the Samsung Health app. And just like other training videos on Samsung Health, Galaxy Watch users can see their session duration, heart rate,¹ and calories burned displayed alongside their workouts on the device screen.²

iFIT workouts on Samsung Health span seven categories including: high-intensity interval training (HIIT), Pilates, yoga, strength, recovery, barre, and mindfulness. Samsung Health users will have access to one on-demand video every month per category at no cost.

For $9.99 per month or $99.99 per year, subscribers can unlock an extensive catalog with hundreds of videos and new workout content added on an ongoing basis.
