Samsung Electronics America, Inc. is introducing a new line of AI-powered Bespoke Laundry products that includes the Bespoke AI Laundry Combo™, the brand’s first all-in-one washer and dryer, and the Bespoke AI Laundry Hub™, a stacked front-load washer and dryer integrated into one product. These beautifully designed appliances save space, time and energy while using AI technology to take the guesswork out of doing laundry.

Bespoke AI Laundry Combo™ Optimizes Laundry Day

Samsung is bringing consumers a stylish and innovative space-saving format that makes it easier to do laundry with its first all-in-one washer and dryer product – the Bespoke AI Laundry Combo™ with 7-inch AI Home LCD Display. The new washer and dryer combo makes it possible to do laundry more quickly and efficiently. With the largest in its class 5.3 cu. ft. capacity drum1 and unique all-in-one format, users can wash and dry more clothes in a single load and skip the step of transferring wet clothes from the washer to a separate dryer. The all-in-one has an elevated, modern design with signature Samsung Bespoke details, including a flat panel glass door and Dark Steel finish that brings style to any laundry space.
Bespoke AI Laundry Combo™
Users can also get laundry done faster with the washer’s Super Speed Cycle setting, which can wash and dry a full load in just 98 minutes2. For added convenience, the door automatically opens when a cycle ends to allow humidity to vent and keep clothing dry.
The 7-inch AI Home LCD Display serves as an intuitive, easy-to-use control center for managing laundry. Quickly select and adjust settings with the tap of a finger and view cycle recommendations, as well as information like detergent levels and energy consumption. The Laundry Combo™ also uses machine learning to remember user habits and personalize washing and drying with cycle suggestions based on clothing type and cleaning preferences.3
The AI Home LCD Display can also be used to manage other connected Samsung home appliances, making it a breeze to multi-task and knock out chores around the house. Users can check on the status of the food cooking in their connected Samsung oven while they fold clothes, order more detergent through their Amazon Essentials app and answer their doorbell4 and incoming phone calls – right from the screen on their Laundry Combo™. Built-in Voice Control also allows use of Samsung’s Bixby5 voice recognition assistant for even more convenience. Users can ask Bixby to open the unit’s door as they walk into the laundry room carrying a basket of clothes and speak a command to select the wash cycle as they load them into the machine.
The all-in-one takes the guesswork out of laundry with Samsung’s AI OptiWash™ and AI Optimal Dry6 technology, automatically choosing the best wash and dry cycles. Intelligent sensors detect the weight, fabric type and soil level of clothes and determine the best cleaning cycle and drying time. The washer also features a Flex Auto Dispense System that automatically dispenses the ideal amount of detergent and fabric softener for every load, removing another step from the laundry process. Users can add their preferred detergent and fabric softener or use both compartments for detergent to hold and automatically dispense up to 47 loads and the dispenser will also send an alert when detergent is running low.
Bespoke AI Laundry Combo™ is Samsung’s first washer with a Tide Cold Certified cycle option.
The Bespoke AI Laundry Combo™ is easy to install, as it uses a standard 120V power outlet and has a ventless design that doesn’t require a dryer exhaust vent. Its innovative Heat Pump Drying technology dries clothes gently and efficiently while saving energy, and the AI Laundry Combo™ is Samsung’s first washer to have the Tide Cold Certified cycle option. The new wash cycle is optimized for dissolving Tide Hygienic Clean Heavy Duty 10X Power PODS® detergent while using cold water, providing excellent laundry performance without consuming energy to heat the water.7
Bespoke AI Laundry Hub™ Makes the Most of Your Laundry Space
Samsung is introducing a new laundry configuration designed to save space and elevate the look of the laundry room. The Bespoke AI Laundry Hub™ integrates a full-size front load washer and dryer into a single stacked design and offers convenient control of the washer and dryer with one Easy Reach Control Panel at the center of the product. The panel’s AI Smart Dial8 also learns and recommends frequently used cycles, allowing users to customize their personal preferences.
Similar to the Bespoke AI Laundry Combo™, the Bespoke AI Laundry Hub™ is equipped with Samsung AI OptiWash™ and AI Optimal Dry9 technology, which automatically optimizes the unit’s washing and drying performance. It also has a similar Flex Auto Dispense System that automatically dispenses the ideal amount of detergent and fabric softener for every load. When both compartments are used for detergent, it can hold enough for up to 34 loads.
The design-forward lineup includes three models with an option for gas or electric dryers. Bespoke AI Laundry Hub™ can elevate the look of any laundry space with Satin Green (H700), Brushed Black (H500) or White (H100) finish options.
