Samsung is Most Recommended Home Appliance and TV Brand, according to ACSI®

Samsung has been named the top brand for home appliances and TVs by the American Customer Satisfaction Index (ACSI)1, a national measure of how U.S. consumers rate the products and services they use most.

Samsung research shows that over 80% of consumers say they have had such a positive experience with a brand that it will always be their first choice. Some of the top reasons for a positive experience include getting the highest quality (58%), getting a good deal (55%) and good customer service (52%).2

According to ACSI, Samsung is the most recommended home appliance and TV brand, driven by customers’ strong pride of ownership. Consumers cite product quality, design and reliable customer support as key reasons they choose and continue to recommend Samsung home appliances and TVs.3

Not only are Samsung home appliances and TVs packed with innovative features, but the standout design, build quality and nationally recognized level of customer support mean customers feel proud of their investment on a long-lasting purchase.

What makes Samsung the most-recommended brand? 

Samsung secured the top spot in the ACSI rankings in service experience for home appliances for the third year in a row and for TVs for the second year in row. According to ACSI, Samsung home appliance owners say they value their products, thanks to their fantastic performance and features. Samsung TVs also took No. 1 across a number of rankings, spanning picture quality, sound quality, durability, connectivity, overall design, as well as exterior design (color, styling and finish).

Samsung’s Care Team delivers top service—meaning that if something goes wrong, the issue gets resolved quickly and efficiently. ACSI also ranked Samsung No. 1 in customer satisfaction and No. 1 in service experience. These are top priorities for Samsung to deliver on: The company’s research shows that 90% of TV buyers and 94% of home appliance shoppers are more likely to choose a brand known for strong customer service4.
